Party Trays
Our deli and sandwich trays are a terrific way to serve any group whether its a lunch meeting, birthday, holiday or a get-together after a big game! • Choice of four meats: Turkey, Maple Honey Turkey, Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, Salami • Choice of two cheeses: American, VT Cheddar, Provolone, Swiss • Trays served with: Breads, Condiments, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, and Olives • Paper products included upon request.
PLATTERS
Cheese & Charcuterie: choice of local or non-local cheeses, meats, jams, honey and mustard served with crackers.
Crudité & Hummus: vegetables with hummus and Ranch dressing.
Bruschetta: tomato, mushroom or garlic basil with local crostini.
Deli Sandwich Tray
An assortment of Edelweiss Mountain Deli sandwiches served on assorted breads, wraps or kaiser rolls, cut in halves and displayed on a round tray.
